• Unbreakable was created by and for founders with multiple intersecting identities, who want a business path that honors their uniqueness instead of asking them to tone it down or put it aside entirely.

• Unbreakable doesn’t believe that spirituality is separate from business. We don’t advocate for any one specific spiritual path - only what’s true to you. But our spiritual foundation is part of how we know ourselves as humans and leaders. It’s a gift our ancestors have passed along, and a vital piece of how we rejuvenate ourselves and make the wisest decisions for our businesses and lives. 

• Unbreakable is not a collection of an entrepreneur’s random musings. It’s a business methodology that was created with the discernment of a detail-oriented lawyer/coach driven to find a better way. Every module of the curriculum is highly structured and intentionally crafted.

Unbreakable is an offering specifically for queer, non-binary, trans, black, people of color, women, masc, and femmes and people who by existing are faced with racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, colorism, featurism, fatphobia, ableism, xenophobia, and a litany of other societal illnesses. Unbreakable is for people who are deemed to be outside the dominant norm when it comes to who’s represented in entrepreneurship, and therefore does not center cis-gendered white men.

Unbreakable was born from Jo-Ná’s entrepreneurial journey, which does center the experience of black women and queer people. However, this cohort of Unbreakable is open to anyone who resonates with our mission and is excited to join a business growth community that’s full of people with various experiences.

Unbreakable teaches the business fundamentals that are often seen as “unsexy” but are the CRUCIAL pieces required for any business to thrive for the long haul. 

Establishing your business with this structure right out the gate is the most ideal way to build a business. If you are just trying to figure out how to make money (no clients or customers at all) or  you’re in the ideation stage (thinking of starting a business) then Unbreakable may be a little ahead of your starting point. However if you join you can use it for reference later.

If your business is not generating ample revenue even when you take time away from it… If your relationships or mental, physical, spiritual health is suffering because of your consistently long work hours… If you know you don’t have the proper systems and structures in place…If your business is not set up to be smoothly transitioned, which means you do not have a legacy plan in place… Unbreakable is exactly where you need to be.

Unbreakable is for people of all nations and locations. Our teaching principles are universal and apply to any business structure anywhere in the world (although your own local laws will apply). There are no in-person components, so as long as you have reliable wifi connection that will allow you to participate during the LIVE teaching sessions and Office Hours, you are welcome to join! Be mindful of your timezone in the schedule.

We created this weekly space to support founders who’d appreciate the additional structure of a “virtual study hall” space. Come co-work with us as you complete your homework or work on any other portion of your business.

The LIVE component of Unbreakable lasts for 12 weeks, starting on April 11th, 2023 and concluding on June 26th, 2023. You will be able to access a portal with your work in it indefinitely, so you can access the content at any time.

Giving a universal time estimate would assume that everyone learns and implements that learning at the same pace. This is one of the assumptions of The Lack Model that Unbreakable vehemently disagrees with. Having said that, somewhere between 2-5 hours per week is our baseline recommendation.

All LIVE teaching sessions and Office Hours calls will be recorded. The recordings will be uploaded to our private portal within 24hrs.

Currently, the only guaranteed way to get 1:1 time with Jo-Ná is by choosing either the pay in full Unbreakable option, or by booking a VIP Strategy Session via her website (3hr VIP sessions are $3000).

Absolutely. The 12-month payment plan is $199 per month, however Payment #1 is $228 because it includes all card processing fees for the full year.

If you attend the first full week of Unbreakable (one LIVE teaching session + one LIVE Office Hours) and decide that it’s not for you, email us at support@unbreakableprogram.com and we’ll happily refund the full amount you paid and cancel any scheduled payment transactions.

If you’re self-employed in the U.S. and many other countries, your Unbreakable investment is likely to be a tax deductible business expense. But please confirm this with your accountant/tax preparer.

Product-based businesses and service-based businesses do have some different considerations, but the core structure of business is applicable. 

Unbreakable teaches founders how to create a business structure that prioritizes the well-being of every human who interacts with that business, while generating consistent revenue and managing that revenue smartly. Whether you sell a product or a service, these fundamentals are vital to your business’ longevity.
